Returns, Refunds & Faulty Products

According to the EU Distance Selling Directive, the consumer is protected by several safeguards and entitlements. is committed to complying with this directive. As a consumer you are entitled to a fourteen-day 'cooling-off period*', whereby you are entitled to return your purchase to us for any reason** within fourteen days of receipt of same, and be refunded the price that you paid, minus the shipping charge. This safeguard applies only where the products in question are unopened, unused, undamaged, and returned to us in full saleable condition. Charges for return-shipment must be borne by the purchaser.

* The cooling-off period only applies to B2C clients. B2B clients have no such entitlement according to the Distance Selling Directive.

**'Specials', once accepted by you as such, can not be returned to us. 

Items that fall outside the 14 day cooling-off period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Original products:

In the event that you've purchased a faulty original or OEM product from please contact the manufacturer directly for further instruction. Many original equipment manufacturers require that the end-user initiate such returns procedures directly with them (but we will of course honour the guarantee if the OEM suggests that course of action). The warranty period is limited to 24 months from date of invoice. Please feel free to contact us with any queries you might have.

Compatible products

In the event that your compatible purchase is faulty offer a lifetime warranty.

Re-manufactured products

In the event that your re-manufactured purchase is faulty undertakes to replace said product or refund the product purchase price, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
In each of the cases above please contact us directly BEFORE returning goods. A copy of the delivery note or invoice must accompany any item being returned to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The following conditions must be satisfied for a valid guarantee claim:
The claim must be made within the guarantee period.
This may be done by email or telephone, the product must be returned to us within 5 working days of the initial communication, the article must be packaged properly and a copy of the delivery note or invoice must accompany the returned item(s). The customer assumes responsibility for any anomalies that may arise during shipment (i.e. damaged or destroyed goods, delays etc.).


Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If paid for by credit card, a credit will be issued to the original credit card number provided on that specific order within 14 days of receipt of the faulty item.
